Dürma+ SiliGentle AG Silver Silicone Foam Dressings are designed to provide superior exudate management and antimicrobial protection. Soft and adaptable, these dressings help create a moist wound environment to support healing. The highly absorbent silver foam core locks in exudate while releasing silver ions into the wound bed for an antibacterial effect. These dressings may be used as a primary or secondary option for wounds where infection is present or at risk of re-infection. They are suitable for leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, second-degree burns, donor sites, and partial- to full-thickness wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4. Available in a range of sizes, the dressings come in both bordered and non-bordered versions. The bordered option features a gentle silicone adhesive designed to adhere securely with low risk of skin irritation.
