Returns
Returns are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Please contact our team before returning any product.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to safety and quality requirements, certain items may not be eligible for return, including opened sterile products, used equipment, clearance items, and special-order products.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a resolution.
