CurPro Laparotomy Sponges are highly absorbent, x-ray detectable sponges designed for use in a variety of surgical procedures. Made from 100% non-fluorescent cotton gauze, the sterile sponges are pre-washed and feature stitched edges for optimal durability.  The sponges also feature a blue sewn loop for easy identification to help ensure an accurate count at the end of procedure.
