Dürma+ FoamFlex Non-Adhesive Waterproof Foam Dressings are designed to help maintain a sterile, moist, and comfortable wound environment to support healing and reduce pain. A semi-permeable film is bonded to the foam, allowing oxygen to pass through while helping protect the wound from external bacterial contamination. The flexible foam conforms to hard-to-dress areas and can be used as a primary or secondary dressing. Dürma+ FoamFlex is suitable for managing chronic and acute wounds, lower extremity ulcers, donor sites, and partial- to full-thickness wounds at stages 2, 3, or 4.
