Dürma+ DynaGuard Waterproof Composite Dressings are sterile, multi-layer foam dressings designed to help manage moderately exuding wounds while supporting a moist healing environment. The waterproof top layer acts as a barrier to liquids and bacteria, while the inner foam layer absorbs drainage. A low-adherent contact layer helps protect the wound bed, and the adhesive non-woven fabric border conforms comfortably to the skin. Suitable for use as a primary or secondary dressing in managing stages 2, 3, and 4 wounds.
