Dürma+ DynaGinate AG Silver Calcium Alginate Dressings are advanced wound care solutions formulated with a combination of calcium alginate and ionic silver. Upon contact with wound exudate, the dressing transforms into a soft, gel-like barrier that conforms to the wound bed and supports an optimal moist healing environment. The silver ions provide an antimicrobial effect, making these dressings suitable for infected wounds or those at risk of infection. Ideal for managing partial- and full-thickness wounds at stages 3 and 4, these high-absorbency dressings are available in several pad sizes for coverage and as a strip for wound packing.
